Thank you for shopping at Luxe Diva. We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new items.
1. Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM GMT on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use Royal Mail, Amazon and DPD for UK deliveries.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland. We also offer International Shipping to select countries.

Note: For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. Luxe Diva is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Luxe Diva is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@luxediva.co.uk immediately.
