Return Period

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused, with tags still attached

In its original packaging
You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at luxediva2023@gmail.com
 with photos or a short video.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have.
Once the return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the correct size or color.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (for example: undergarments, earrings, or customized products).
