Returns & Refunds Policy

At Luxe Diva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • Complete with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@luxediva.co.uk.

Please note:

  1. Returns must be sent to the following address: Unit 6, 53 Broughton Lane, Manchester M8 9UE United Kingdom.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@luxediva.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal Care & Beauty: Products such as skincare, hair care, or cosmetics.

  • Custom Orders: Personalised items or special orders.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet our eligibility criteria (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@luxediva.co.uk.
